Effective upon payment for any order placed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Product Representation
Product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in appearance due to changes in packaging or design over time. The product description and model number will always take precedence over any associated images when resolving disputes.
2. Product Pricing & Availability
All products listed are subject to availability and are deliverable within the Republic of South Africa, limited to areas serviced by MobiTech SA.
We reserve the right to update prices or product specifications at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
Stock availability cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, make every effort to fulfil your order. If we cannot supply any item or the ordered quantity, we will contact you using the registration details provided. If contact cannot be made, you agree to accept the available portion of the order and make payment accordingly.
3. Obvious Errors
Orders will not be accepted in cases where there is a clear and obvious error on the website relating to pricing or product/service descriptions.
4. Use of Products and Services
All products and services purchased from MobiTech SA are used at the purchaser’s own risk. The purchaser and/or end-user indemnifies and holds MobiTech SA harmless from any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of products or services.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Areas & Timelines
Main Centres: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 working daysOutlying Areas:
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 working days
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays.
5.2 Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.
Delivery fees will be calculated based on your location and included at checkout.
A tracking confirmation will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
5.3 Third-party Couriers
All deliveries are managed by third-party courier services. MobiTech SA is not liable for damages or losses caused by the courier. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange insurance for goods while in transit.
If delivery fails due to unavailability, a re-delivery or collection note may be left by the courier.
5.4 Force Majeure
MobiTech SA shall not be liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
War, strikes, civil unrest
Power outages or network failures
Legal or regulatory actions
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
6.1 Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is out of stock:
You may cancel the order for a full refund, or
Agree to a later delivery date.
6.2 Defective Products
Products found to be faulty within 3 months may be returned for a refund or replacement, excluding:
Damage from physical impact or liquid
Load-shedding-related damage (especially batteries)
Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications
Important: Damage discovered post-delivery must be reported within 48 hours. Failure to report within this period may void eligibility for a return or refund.
6.3 Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return a non-defective product:
You have 7 days from delivery to do so.
The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
All documentation must be intact.
You may be held liable for any damage caused to the product or packaging while in your possession.
6.4 Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect item:
Do not open, use, or remove it from its original packaging.
Contact us immediately at 071 458 2281 to arrange collection and replacement.
6.5 Arranging Returns
To initiate a return, email info@mobitechsa.co.za stating the reason for the return.
Returned products must:
Be securely packaged to prevent damage
Be in a resellable condition unless defective
Products that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned at your cost.
7. Processing of Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed in one of the following ways:
Store Credit: A credit will be added to your MobiTech SA account for future use, or
Bank Transfer: A direct refund to the original bank account used for payment
Note: Refunds will not be processed to any third-party bank account under any circumstances.
Refunds are subject to approval and may take up to 5 working days to reflect once approved.
Glen to amend as needed to reflect internal policy or operational changes.
8. Disclaimer on Product Associations
MobiTech SA supplies replacement parts compatible with products from various computer manufacturers. Any references to third-party brands are solely for identification purposes.
